Our process starts out with an initial consultation at your home. During our first interaction, we will discuss the remodeling project and your design ideas. We will also take measurements to get a better idea of the space we would be renovating.

Once we take the measurements and factor in your possible style options, we then go back to our office and work on providing you with a preliminary quote. We can get this quote to you in about a week. This quote is just a rough estimate and can change during the design process due to factors such as product selections.

After we complete the measurements and quote, we then invite you to our showroom so we can have a more detailed conversation about your renovation. During this step, you will begin browsing and picking out products that fit your style. Based off your feedback and selection of products, we will refine your estimate before we create a contract. Our process minimizes change orders arising from changes in design/scope and product delays.

During the design process step, our interior designer will create 3D models and blueprints of your renovated space. Our team also helps select final finishes, countertops, flooring, and other elements that fit your style. Our interior design team will help work out all the details to ensure you receive your dream home.

Once all your selections are chosen and you are confident with the overall design, we will then finalize the estimate with a timeline of when your project will be completed. At this point we will sign a contract and begin the ordering and renovation process.

Your project timeline begins! The renovation team will begin to arrive at your home and the remodeling process is in full swing.
